Which way should I flow?

STIR

Directions

(1) Focus on an intention or question, or just be in this moment. Inhale deeply…

(2) Press the “Stir” button. Hold breath. Exhale slowly after direction locks in…

(3) Ponder resulting direction with an open mind and open heart. Let’s flow…

What’s Right?

Direction:

Turn, move or lean right to get back on needed path or more in balance. 

Notice:

What is happening to the right in your current surroundings and/or your body? What do you see? What do you feel? Be curious.

Actions:

Take a moment. You may be overdoing and/or overthinking. Lean away from the hurries and worries of tomorrow and come back to this moment. Where are you stuck? Why are you stuck? What’s right with your world, right now? Address your boundaries. Honor yourself. Do a little dance.

Remember:

It’s ok to make a plan and choose a path, but once envisioned, take another step and enjoy the walk. Don’t hide your light… Shine. 

Turn Around or Ground

Direction:

Turn around. Or, just relax here in this space and moment.

Notice:

What are you feeling? What signs, twists, or learns have you perhaps overlooked? Why are you here, now? Are you here now?

Actions:

Get grounded – balanced with familiar friends and surroundings. Retrace your steps – take another look or examine an existing challenge. Perhaps there is more to learn from the information and emotions you already have. Take a deeper look within yourself – what aches? What radiates? What are habits? Where is home? Let’s go there.

Remember:

There are miracles all around you and everything is connected. Within you is more power and magic than you can imagine. Yea, you! Be kind to yourself and others. Sometimes you need to stop or back up and give gratitude for all you have and all you’ve been through before moving forward with reverence.

What’s Left?

Direction:

Turn, move or lean left to get back on best path or more balanced. 

Notice:

What is happening to the left in your current surroundings and/or your body? What do you see? What do you feel? Get Curious.

Actions:

Slow down. Move towards nature, creative projects, and/or deeper listening. What has left? What should leave? Why are you churning thoughts from the past or frustrated by your non-doing? Recognize it, explore it, and move on. What are you really excited about? Come back to the energy and beauty of this moment. Soften into kindness and love. Receive graciously. Don’t wait – create.

Remember:

Creation is boundless and so is your potential. Trust Flow. You can leave behind habits, thought patterns and people that no longer move you towards freedom and fulfillment. Stir it up. Maybe it’s all happening perfectly.

Onward & Upward

Direction:

Stay on this path. Flow with it. There is much to discover and learn from everything you encounter. Keep moving forward.

Notice:

Be curious & optimistic to what’s right here in front of you. What lies ahead in your unfolding landscape and journey? Embrace and smile at it all.

Actions:

Move forward with an open mind and heart. Take time in gratitude and love for all you have, where you have been, and the possibilities that lie ahead. Go for it! You are on a beautiful path. Raise your arms in victory and say, “Yes!”.
